Purpose
Video Services Forum (VSF) is comprised of service providers, users and manufacturers dedicated to interoperability, quality metrics and education for video networking technologies. It initially was created to support uniform delivery of video services across the separate RBOCs after the Video Services Industry Forum (VSIF) was disbanded.
