Description
ALT1250 is an LTE Release 13/14 CAT-M1 and NB1/NB2 IoT chipset, featuring ultra-low power consumption. This highly integrated device incorporates an LTE base band processor, RFIC, PMU and memory, as well as a GNSS and a cellular based location engine and MCU subsystem for customer developed applications. The ALT1250 also features hardware-based iUICC and application layer security.
